This was my first solo AG beer. Not sure why I picked such a big complex beer. It has been aging for a full year now and has really come into its own. The one from yesterday was incredible especially as it warms in the glass.

No beersmith file with this one.

If you have a 10 gallon mash tun you will be ok. Mine is an igloo water cooler type. My wee Heavy had like 24 lbs of grain and fit.

I have a five gallon. 12 pounds of grain at 1.25 qts/lb is pretty much full. I have a 15 gallon cooler that I am planning to convert, but i haven't had a recipe for it yet. Until now... It's really too big, but you know what they say about that or going home.
